• Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and coordination between warehouse and production
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating across departments
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff
